These Terms of Use apply when you access or use the Clann website, app, platform or related services.
Please read these Terms carefully. By creating an account, accessing Clann or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

By using Clann, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to follow them.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use Clann.
Eligibility
Clann is designed for users, clubs, teams, organisations and supporters who want to support clubs and communities through everyday spending.
You must only use Clann if you are legally able to enter into these Terms.
Where Clann is used by or on behalf of a child or young person, a parent, guardian, club administrator or authorised adult may be required to manage or approve the relevant account or activity.
We may refuse, suspend or remove access where we reasonably believe an account is being misused or where continued access could create legal, security, safeguarding or operational concerns.
Accounts
You may need to create an account to use certain Clann features.
You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for any activity carried out through your account, unless that activity is caused by our failure to take reasonable care.
You should contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Platform Use
You agree to use Clann lawfully, responsibly and only for its intended purpose.
You must not:
- Use Clann for fraud, abuse, unlawful activity or misleading activity.
- Attempt to interfere with, damage or disrupt the platform.
- Access or attempt to access accounts, data or systems without permission.
- Misuse referral, reward, voucher or funding features.
- Upload or send harmful, offensive, unlawful or misleading content.
- Use Clann in a way that could harm clubs, users, retailers, partners or the Clann platform.
We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.
Vouchers, Rewards & Retailers
Clann may allow users to buy digital vouchers, access rewards or take part in offers from participating retailers and reward providers.
Retailer availability, voucher terms, reward levels, offer details and participating brands may vary and can change over time.
Specific retailers, discounts, rewards or offers are not guaranteed.
Vouchers and rewards may be subject to additional terms set by the relevant retailer, reward provider or third-party partner.
Users are responsible for checking voucher details, expiry dates, usage restrictions and retailer terms before purchase or use.
Where a voucher is purchased, it is normally provided at face value. Any funding or reward generated for a club depends on eligible activity, retailer availability and applicable programme rules.
Club Participation
Clann is designed to support clubs, teams, charities, community organisations and other eligible groups.
Club participation may be subject to onboarding, approval, verification or additional conditions.
Funding generated through Clann depends on eligible member activity, retailer availability, programme rules and any applicable partner terms.
Clann may withhold, adjust or refuse funding where activity appears fraudulent, abusive, ineligible, duplicated, cancelled, refunded or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms or programme rules.
Referrals
Clann may offer club referral or member referral rewards from time to time.
Referral rewards apply only where the invited club, team, member or supporter meets the relevant active referral criteria.
Referral amounts, eligibility criteria and availability may change over time.
Referral rewards may be refused, withheld or reversed where activity appears fraudulent, abusive, misleading, self-referring, duplicated or ineligible.
Payments & Open Banking
Some Clann features may use payment, voucher, reward or Open Banking services provided by trusted third-party partners.
Clann is powered by Open Banking through regulated partners where applicable.
You may be asked to approve payments or data connections through a regulated partner or your bank.
Clann does not store your full card details or online banking login details.
Third-party payment, voucher, reward and Open Banking services may be subject to their own terms and privacy information.
Intellectual Property
The Clann name, logo, brand identity, website, app, content, designs, graphics, copy, software and platform assets belong to Clann or its licensors.
You may use Clann only for the purposes allowed by these Terms.
You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer or misuse Clann content, branding, software or platform assets without permission.
Clubs and organisations may use approved Clann materials only in line with any brand or promotional guidance provided.
Disclaimers
We aim to keep Clann available, accurate and reliable, but we cannot guarantee that the platform will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.
Retailer availability, funding rates, rewards and offers may change over time.
Clann does not guarantee that any club will generate a specific amount of funding.
Information on the Clann website or app is provided for general information and should not be treated as financial, legal, tax or professional advice.
Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Subject to the above, Clann is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, losses caused by third-party services outside our reasonable control, or business losses where the service is used for personal or community purposes.
If you are using Clann on behalf of a club, business or organisation, additional limits or terms may apply.
Suspension or Ending Access
We may suspend, restrict or end access to Clann where we reasonably believe:
- These Terms have been breached.
- The platform is being misused.
- There is a security, fraud, safeguarding, legal or operational risk.
- We are required to do so by law, a regulator, partner or service provider.
You may stop using Clann at any time. You can also request account deletion through our Data Deletion Request page.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Where changes are significant, we will take reasonable steps to notify users.
